Improve Memory

Hypnosis improves memory but can certainly be helpful as part of a reconstructing process most famously seen in the “cognitive interview technique”. It is powerful when used in combination with more traditional mnemonic strategies as it can improve concentration, focus and relaxation and can also help the hypnotised person to overcome emotional blocks.
